1.0 Definition
A member of the Club is one who is financially up-to-date.
1.1 Eligibility
Membership is open to all eligible persons who share the visions of the Club.
1.2 Membership Committee
- There shall be a Membership Committee whose duties shall include screening, interviewing, and issuance of application forms to intending members.
- The Committee shall have 3 members (2 members and 1 executive).
1.3 Procedure for Being a Member
An intending member must:
- Be presented to the club by a member.
- Obtain and complete a membership form.
- Return the completed membership form to the Secretary of the Club.
- Pay the registration fee as determined by the Club from time to time.
- Be observed for a probationary period of six (6) months.
- Be recommended to the General House for confirmation.
- Be confirmed by a simple majority of members present at the next General Meeting.
1.4 Duties and Obligations
- Members shall pay a monthly membership due as may be determined from time to time by the General House.
- Members shall pay all levies as may be determined from time to time by the General House.
- Members shall abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the club, including all the Club’s bye-laws.
